Steal It, colored by vowel sounds, with words from the Switch It lists (cvcc–cccvcc) for the extra challenge of blending and decoding, plus game playing. My student who is still decoding cvc was able to play it by using BAYR.
There are lots of cards, so you could target sounds or take some out as needed.
