A blending activity I saw “somewhere” in my travels that helps kids learn to blend 2 sounds together. Suitable for really young kids or kids who can’t hold 3 sounds in their head or who are struggling with blending even CVC words. This activity will help the child learn to blend a consonant and vowel together to make ‘silly sounding syllables’ and thus improve their ability to blend.
