An activity I do with my tutoring kids to encourage them to be ‘brave’ and decode tricky words. Someone asked a question in the Teacher’s Lounge about “Word of the Week/Day” and I promised to upload what I do. I’ve made a cover sheet where I have ‘copy & pasted’ my forum reply, to explain what I do with my students. 🙂
