Here’s a copy of the contract I ask parents to sign during the first session. I had a parent stuff me around by constantly cancelling, or having a ‘no show’ by her kid so I eventually brought in this contract. It has solved a LOT of hassles. I don’t really enforce the ‘pay half price for second missed session’ but it’s there as a ‘threat’ to ensure they respect the fact they can’t just cancel at the drop of a hat!
